Satisfaction Survey Suite™ is the QueryArchitect™-powered platform for the complete lifecycle of employee satisfaction measurement — from survey design through data collection through the final archival step where results are stored in a format accessible to anyone who wishes to retrieve them and review them at a later date, which they will not. The suite's SurveyBuilder™ module generates psychometrically calibrated instruments designed to maximize response rates and produce findings consistent with the experience leadership intends employees to be having, through a combination of question sequencing, scale framing, and the strategic application of response anchors that direct interpretation without visibly constraining choice.

The QuestionOptimizer™ module scores survey questions against a proprietary LeaderFriendliness Index™ before inclusion, ensuring that each question is framed in a way that generates actionable-sounding data regardless of the underlying sentiment. Questions with high negative loading potential are reframed using the PositiveRecast™ library: 'How often do you feel your manager communicates clearly?' replaces 'Does your manager communicate clearly?', ensuring that even negative responses ('rarely') are captured within an affirmative frame that can be reported as 'employees most commonly describe manager communication as needing continued development' rather than 'bad.' All survey results are delivered through the InsightDashboard™ with trend lines, peer benchmarks, and a Recommended Actions panel whose suggestions have a configurable implementation threshold defaulting to 'optional.'
