The system ingests incoming decision requests from any organizational source and applies the ReadinessGap™ analysis algorithm, which evaluates each decision against a configurable readiness framework and identifies the specific additional information, alignment confirmation, or market condition that must be satisfied before the decision can responsibly proceed.
The ReadinessGap™ framework is self-expanding by design. When one identified gap is addressed, DeferralCore™ runs a secondary readiness analysis on the new informational state and surfaces the additional gaps that have become visible now that the previous gap no longer obscures them.
